Pentecost is a key day in the church calendar where we remember those first followers of Jesus, who faithfully gathered together praying and seeking God in an upper room in the heart of Jerusalem. As these followers continued to seek God, the presence of God fell. With that first outpouring of the Spirit, 3000 people came to faith that day and the church was born.
